Terms & Conditions

Shipping

We  ship to Australia only.

We endeavour to protect all goods against damage.

We reserve the right to vary the freight cost from that shown in the shopping cart in instances where goods are being sent to regions deemed remote, isolated, not serviced or for heavy or large items. Any variation will require us to notify you prior to despatch.

Freight Costs

Freight is capped at $10 for orders to Australian Addresses. This is for standard postage.We post from WA.

Express prices are $18 for Australian addresses.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary greatly dependant on destination. Expect 1-10 working days. If you require the fastest possible delivery method, please contact us, or select express post option.

We will have all stock ready to ship within 24 hours of purchasing. The only execption to this is any items that are on pre order.

Pre order items have been advertised as such.

Returns

Products may only be returned because they are faulty or damaged in transit to you.

You must open your package from us immediately on receipt to inspect items are correct and accounted for. You need to carefully inspect for any signs of damage at this time. If you received damaged goods from us notification is required immediately.

In all instances an RGA (Returned Goods Authority) must be issued by us prior to goods return, regardless of reason. Goods returned without an RGA may not be accepted. You will need to contact us to receive a copy of our RGA.

Policy regarding damage request or parts broken in transit to you.

Damaged goods returned will be examined and will be further tested. Warranties will be given for failure of goods when due to a manufacturing defect but not if goods are damaged due to improper handling or use. Replacement will be determined in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law – major & minor failure. Damage or failure as a result of any other cause is not warrantable. Goods returned that are found to have no fault, will be returned to you at your expense.

Refunds / Stock Inventory 

Occasionally an item may show as available on the website when the last of the available stock has just been sold at a market stall. Sometimes inventory online may not be accurate.

If this happens to your order, we will be in touch if it will effect your purchase. If this happens you will be given the choice of waiting for our new stock to arrive (can take 2 days – 3 weeks) or for us to refund that purchase.
