What is the best Tumeric supplement? We have more than one option, which is why we are asked this!

It’s nearly our most asked question, particularly when we are holding a market stall at The Bunbury Markets, Western Australia. The question you should be asking, before buying Tumeric  is what is the curcumin content?

The requirements ( in WA at least) are 2% curcumin levels. Our options for Tumeric blends have a minimum of 6%!

That makes a massive difference for those using Tumeric to heal or as maintenance.

The next question to ask ( which you can answer yourself) is how do I like to take Tumeric?

We have a sweet and savoury option. Of course you can purchase one of each, we find people with more of a sweet tooth prefer the Choc Tumeric Latte blend. It makes great hot or cold drinks, lovely added to porridge or muesli in the mornings. Use it for baking, bliss balls & chia puddings.

If your tastebuds are more savoury you can still make Tumeric lattes with goldnzing blend, just add cacao and raw honey.

This blend is great sprinkled into eggs, added to curries, rub onto chicken or tossed with roast vegetables.

Both options are available in powder form in 250 g or 500g tubs. Buy yours now – click on the links below.
